For all domestic U.S. orders:
+ $5 flat rate shipping
+ FREE for purchases of $100 or more
For all international orders:
+ $30 flat rate shipping
+ International packages will be sent via registered mail that requires a signature.
+ Please note there may be delays due to customs that are out of our control.
+ We unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
Because some products are custom and made to order, shipping time varies and is indicated on each product page. Please leave a comment at checkout or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about expedited shipping if desired.
Please note that when ordering multiple items, there is a chance that some items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive notification and tracking numbers for each individual package.
We want you to cherish these special pieces as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, AOS accepts returns on domestic orders that are received within 14 days of your package delivery. At the moment, we only facilitate exchanges on the same products (e.g. size exchanges, etc.).
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, unwashed, unworn, and including all original packaging (such as certificates of authenticity, if applicable) and tags. We offer two options for returns:
+ STORE CREDIT: Return for store credit, and AOS will cover the cost of return shipping.
+ REFUND: Return for a refund, and you pay the return shipping, using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for packages that get lost on their way to us.
To get the return process started, send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, reason for the return, and which return option you’re choosing. We’ll take it from there.
PLEASE NOTE OTHER POLICIES:
+ Gift card codes are not valid for sale items.
+ AOS has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our items with the care that they deserve.
